Join our team in Leuven as a Head of Product/Senior Product Manager.

As a Senior Product Manager at Predikt, you will part of the core team at Predikt and play a critical role in the evolution of our platform. You will work closely with our CTO, CEO, and clients to define, prioritize, and execute our product strategy, ensuring we deliver maximum value to enterprise customers. This role is for someone experienced, strategic, and proactive — someone who can operate independently, make decisions with confidence, and help us scale without needing handholding.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and deliver the product roadmap in line with Predikt’s strategic goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and Predikt's leadership to guide development from idea to launch and own the product vision.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Drive prioritization of features, balancing immediate opportunities with long-term strategy.
• Analyze product usage, metrics, and market trends to guide decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product quality and consistency across all releases.
• Act as a trusted voice of the customer internally, while shaping our platform for enterprise scale.
• Navigate and thrive in a data-heavy, complex software environment, ensuring clarity and usability for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful product strategies in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ownership mindset: you can drive projects from concept to delivery without handholding.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and ability to combine analytics with user insights.
• Experience with product management tools and Agile methodologies.

Nice to Haves

• Background in procurement, finance, or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, AI/ML, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and customer feedback systems.
