Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Tallinn. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems, as well as improving and implementing new features. Daily tasks will include writing clean, scalable code, debugging and testing applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in computer science principles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and principles
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience with AI-powered platforms or recruiting technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
