As a Risk and Quality Assurance Manager you serve as a key control function within the Business Operations, responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks while ensuring quality assurance standards across all operational processes.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate with internal audit, compliance, and external regulators on risk-related matters
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., financial, data protection)
- Support the implementation of regulatory changes and compliance initiatives
- Act as liaison with second-line functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance) and external auditors. Proactively plan and oversee resources, budgets and KPIs across Unit
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and methodologies
- Monitor and evaluate process performance and service delivery against defined standards
- Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance principles. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align quality assurance with process optimization initiatives
- Support the development and maintenance of all levels of process documentation
- Provide training and guidance on risk and quality topics to Business Operations employees
- Expertise in risk management and quality assurance tools and methodologies
- In depth understanding of business process management
- Ability to interpret process and risk related data
- Result orientation, strong problem solving and superior analytical skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
