Product Manager

Join our team as a Business-Driven Product Manager

This is a unique opportunity to shape the business side of product management from the ground up. You’ll be working with a team that values clarity, ownership, and market impact, and gives you the space to make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll be the key link between product development, sales, and marketing, ensuring our products are not only well-built but also well-positioned and understood. You’ll take ownership of the business-facing aspects of our product portfolio, including pricing models, onboarding content, customer communications and market research.

What You’ll Do

• Own and develop business-side product assets such as frame agreements, SLAs, service descriptions, and onboarding materials
• Define and maintain pricing models and value propositions
• Create and manage sales content and customer-facing materials (FAQs, release notes, newsletters)
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research across multiple products
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development
• Bridge the “execution gap” by translating market and business insights into actionable product decisions
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of business-driven product development
• Ability to produce and manage high-quality content
• Analytical mindset with a passion for market and competitor research
• Commercial background preferred, but must have experience or genuine interest in technology and product development
• Proactive and structured approach
• Comfortable working in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Finnish

• Experience in financial industry and product management

Start date is flexible. Compensation will be based on your seniority.
