We’re looking for a hands-on Product or Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help drive customer satisfaction, deepen product engagement, and increase feature adoption at Inven.
This role is versatile and will include both strategic and hands-on work. The ideal candidate has a few years of experience in product marketing or other related marketing roles, and has a combination of analytical skills and creativity.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
You’ll wear many hats, and your work will have a visible impact. Your responsibilities include:
- Product positioning and competitor benchmarking
- Driving feature adoption and improving product usage using in-app messaging, email campaigns, supporting content, and other lifecycle marketing tactics
- Planning and executing feature and product launches across multiple channels (in-app, email, social, etc.)
- Owning strategy and execution for user reviews and social proof initiatives to support buyer confidence and improve category visibility
- Working and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and support go-to-market efforts
- Developing and maintaining content and tools that help our Sales and Customer Success teams communicate our product’s value, like one-pagers, FAQs, internal playbooks, and more.
- Analyzing product usage and marketing performance can inform your strategy and tactics to help users maximize their experience with the product through webinars, tutorials, and supporting materials.
- University degree
- 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related marketing role. Background in B2B SaaS or tech is a plus, particularly if you have experience from finance or investment-related industries.
- Excellent English skills — you can distill complex concepts into clear, engaging language, and you understand when to use AI tools and when to start from scratch.
- Experience with marketing design tools like Figma or Canva, and a good eye for visual communication
- A natural collaborator and coordinator, able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple moving parts
- A strong sense of ownership and initiative—you find solutions, not roadblocks
- Comfortable with data and able to make decisions based on insights
