Communications and Project Manager - Learning

Vertex Professional Services (VPS) is a company with more than 90 years of experience delivering learning services that support more than one million users annually in over 141 countries and 33 languages. VPS has extensive experience in developing and managing training solutions in the Aerospace, Automotive and Financial Services Industries.

The Communications and Project Manager maintains and develops the iLearn offering through the effective communication and marketing of the service provision. This will include stakeholder engagement, development and management of impactful communication plans, and ensuring that there is an aligned approach to marketing and communication.

The role will also provide on-going project support to the programme, including management of ad hoc project administration.

Communications and Marketing

• Identify, organize and deliver key messages against a variety of communication channels to drive programme outcomes
• Support the change management communication of the new E2E modules
• Maximise the iLearn brand and drive participation numbers on programmes
• Develop impactful communication plans and link strategic and operational marketing plans to deliver maximum impact
• Work closely with the client L&D team to ensure the iLearn offering is effectively embedded across the organisation
• Communicate the value, career dimension and good news stories of courses, learning events and activities

Project Management

• Support the delivery of the programme through effective project management activities
• Be the operational liaison manager between VPS programme operations and the client
• Manage all ad hoc requests for additional projects, programmes and events
• Be the point of contact between different locations/programmes
