Intro
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Berlin. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products look, feel, and function. From crafting high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to ensuring our design system scales, you’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience to deliver delightful, usable solutions for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is exceptional at UI design, has a solid grounding in UX, and is excited to collaborate closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Our platform enables providers of renewable technologies to offer embedded financing options to their customers, empowering more individuals and businesses to install solar panels, battery storage, EV charging stations, and heat pumps, transforming them into independent energy suppliers.
We aim to make sustainable financing simpler, faster, and more affordable, bringing renewable energy to every household and business.
We are on an exciting growth journey, currently operating in the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and Germany, with plans to expand to additional European markets in the coming year.
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Berlin. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our products look, feel, and function. From crafting high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to ensuring our design system scales, you’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience to deliver delightful, usable solutions for our customers.

Your mission
- Own the UI design of our digital products, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence.
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma (or equivalent tools) to bring product ideas to life.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to translate ideas and requirements into designs that can be shipped.
- Generate production-ready assets and specifications developers can use directly.
- Incorporate UX best practices, usability testing, and user insights into your work.
- Ensure a high bar of craft and consistency across all user touchpoints.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer (or UI/UX Designer).
- Mastery of Figma and equivalent modern design/prototyping tools.
- Exceptional skills in UI design (visual design, layout, typography, components).
- Solid understanding of UX principles; hands-on research experience is a plus.
- Experience working with or building design systems.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with engineers and product managers.
- Ability to deliver developer-ready assets and specifications.
- On-site in Berlin
