Title: Product Manager – SaaS / Employee Experience Platform

• Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
• Contract: 12 Months
• Salary €107k per year

A leading global enterprise software company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of its employee experience platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll define strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver innovative features that make work simpler and more rewarding for employees worldwide.

The Role

You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities—turning ideas into solutions that improve how employees find help, resolve issues, and access resources. You’ll be a key driver in shaping product direction and ensuring successful launches in an agile, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in line with company goals
• Conduct user research and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver features that drive adoption and satisfaction
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and iterate for optimal results
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor developments

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven record in SaaS
• Experience in HR tech, HRIS, internal tools, or employee experience platforms
• Strong understanding of agile product development
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A passion for intuitive, user-focused solutions
