Who We Are

At Golden Bake, we play as one team. Based in Coolock, Dublin 17, we’re a proudly Irish-owned food manufacturer producing delicious ready-to-bake products for customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and beyond.

Since 1987, our team has grown to over 130 strong, operating from a 100,000 sq ft facility—including a brand new, state-of-the-art production space—with the capability to produce up to 50,000 products per hour.

Every player in our team—from production to support—has a role in delivering excellence. Our values shape how we work, how we treat each other, and how we grow together. No egos, no passengers — just one committed and united team.

What We Need Help With

At Golden Bake, we believe every role is essential to the success of the team—and this one is no exception. We’re looking for a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to help us keep all business projects aligned, visible, and moving forward.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-focused Project Co-ordinator to support the planning, tracking, and communication of projects across all departments. You won’t be managing the projects directly—that’s the job of our department heads—but you’ll be the central point of coordination, helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and wants to make a real impact by enabling others to deliver.

The Role

  • Maintain a centralised tracker of all active and upcoming projects across the business through a PM platform
  • Support department heads in planning timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and lead regular project meetings and ensure follow-ups are actioned
  • Flag risks, delays, or resource conflicts early and clearly
  • Create and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation
  • Support communication and reporting to senior leadership
  • Help standardise project documentation and ways of working across teams
  • Capture lessons learned and share best practices across departments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a project coordination or similar role
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing and/or construction environment desirable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills—you’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business
  • Experience working with project tracking tools and systems—advanced Excel skills and familiarity with project software (e.g. Smartsheet, Trello, MS Project) is a plus
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings, capturing actions, and following up with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot risks and suggest solutions
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience standardising processes or documentation across teams is an advantage
  • A team player who’s happy to support across departments and contribute to a positive, people-first culture
