Hi! We are Syntx, a young, creative, and dynamic AI team. We’re building a powerful platform that combines more than 90 advanced AI tools in a single service. Over 700,000 users already automate their tasks with us.


We’re now actively developing the web version of our product and moving to a new level. In this regard, we are looking for a Partnership Manager who will help build collaborations with influencers, companies, and educational organizations, attract new partners, and make Syntx even more recognized.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Identifying and attracting partners: bloggers, influencers, companies, online schools, and educational platforms.
  • Negotiating and presenting the product to potential partners.
  • Establishing cooperation agreements, discussing terms for advertising placements and partnership integrations.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
  • Participating in the development of partnership offers and campaigns.
  • Supporting partners through all stages of collaboration: from the first contact to launch and ongoing cooperation.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of partnerships and analyzing results.
  • Keeping the partner database up to date.


We are looking for someone who:


  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, can confidently build rapport and effectively present the product.
  • Has experience in collaborating with bloggers and influencers.
  • Has experience in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Understands the basics of digital marketing: can find creatives and adapt them for bloggers and partners.
  • Is fluent in Russian and English.
  • Can work effectively in a multitasking environment and remain calm in a dynamic setting.
  • Is proactive, engaged, and ready to build new partnerships.
