ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a curious, data-driven professional who loves digging into numbers and uncovering patterns? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where independence, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are valued? If so, this role is for you!

We are looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join our Retention Team. You will collaborate with data engineers and different teams across all products, stepping into a critical analytics role focused on customer retention and performance. This position is ideal for someone who has already tried working in a similar field, is eager to go deeper, and can define their own tasks without constant direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor key metrics across all products and projects to ensure retention and performance targets are being met;
• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover the reasons behind changes in customer behavior or retention metrics;
• Interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for different teams;
• Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven reports and dashboards to other teams as needed;
• Analyze A/B test and experiment results, providing conclusions and recommendations;
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, data pipelines, and customer touchpoints;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure insights drive measurable impact;
• Continuously stay up to date with industry trends, analytics tools, and retention strategies to keep our approach innovative and competitive.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: At least 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field;
• Mindset: Analytical thinking and a natural curiosity for numbers — someone who loves to dig deeper, connect dots, and find patterns;
• Self-sufficiency: Ability to define and prioritize your own tasks without needing constant direction — beyond just following an academy-style path;
• Tools: Hands-on experience with BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Power BI, or similar), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with SQL or data querying languages;
• Communication: Ability to clearly present data and insights to different teams in an easy-to-understand way;
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS, subscription-based models, or retention-focused analytics.
