We are the team behind Vilnius AI Summit (www.ai.lt), the largest enterprise AI conference in the Nordic-Baltic region. We design high-impact events that bring together enterprise leaders, solution providers, and policymakers to drive real-world AI innovation. With new editions already planned in Warsaw, Lisbon, and beyond, we are rapidly building a professional European platform where AI decision-makers meet, learn, and collaborate.
The Role
Join us to drive the growth of a dynamic AI event platform across Europe. This project-based role starts part-time in August, transitioning to full-time as we approach the 2026 summit season, with a strong potential for continuity in future years and cities.
Your main focus will be driving partnerships and sponsorships across all locations to deliver strong commercial results, build long-term strategic collaborations, and attract top-tier participants—creating real value for both partners and attendees.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Identify and pitch to key AI vendors, tech companies, and ecosystem players.
- Close deals and manage the full partner lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and production teams to ensure every partnership is aligned, impactful, and professionally delivered.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in EU conference sponsorship sales.
- Strong familiarity with AI ecosystem & trends (a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to own the full partner lifecycle—from identification and outreach to execution.
- Comfort working independently and managing multiple moving parts.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales deck development.
