We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Omnichannel Unit, where we specialize in delivering innovative IT solutions that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. From mobile apps and self-service platforms to call centres, we work directly with clients to design seamless customer journeys.

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and ensure the success of projects across industries such as logistics and transportation, telecommunications, public services, and more.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the delivery of projects and our services.
  • Lead and motivate project teams.
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors within project scope.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, client billing, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies.
  • Escalate issues to senior management when necessary and communicate risks and challenges clearly to all stakeholders.

What We Expect From You

  • Proven project management experience in the software development field.
  • Experience managing multi-regional projects and deployments across multiple countries.
  • Experience leading multinational project teams.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with web portals, self-service platforms, and e-commerce solutions, with the ability to credibly challenge technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (written and spoken).
  • Strong integrity, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinking, self-motivation, proactiveness, and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and flexibility to adapt in dynamic situations.
