💻 What do you need to be a SMART Senior Fullstack Developer?

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
• Comfortable working in a backend-heavy role (70–80%) with some frontend involvement
• Ability to work within a shared monorepo and navigate frontend code when required
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Solid understanding of backend development best practices

🧠 Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
