At Between Collective, we're a remote-first creative agency with a home base in Lisbon. For the past four years, we've been the creative force behind a diverse range of global clients—from shipbuilders in the US and surf camps in Spain to power generators in the Middle East and a neurodivergent parenting community in Singapore. The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Product Designer to join our Lisbon team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the product design process from concept to launch. You'll work in close partnership with our Art Directors, Developers, and Account teams to create websites and apps that not only meet the brief but also push the boundaries of creativity and user experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the UX/UI design for a variety of digital products, including websites and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Translate client briefs and user needs into beautiful and intuitive interfaces.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from a collaborative and supportive team.

About You:

• Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or freelance environment, with a portfolio to prove it. You're comfortable juggling multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
• A Great Communicator: You're fluent in English and can clearly articulate your design decisions to both team members and clients.
• Feedback-Friendly: You believe in the power of collaboration and are eager to both give and receive constructive feedback.
• A Creative Thinker: You're curious and passionate about design, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to create exceptional user experiences.
• Versatile (a huge plus!): We love team members with a diverse skill set. Let us know if you have experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, coding, writing, or any other creative field.
