We’re looking for someone early in their product journey - ready to learn, contribute, and grow into a product leader with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with design and engineering to turn scribbled ideas, half-baked feedback, and real user problems into features that actually get used.
- Be the team’s curious compass by asking why (a lot), research deeply, and help us make better decisions faster.
- Bridge the gaps between business, users, and tech, whether it’s through a smart doc, a sketchy flowchart, or a well-timed meme on Slack.
- Keep us moving, owning the docs, the tickets, the checklists, the “wait, did we forget…” moments that keep a team building with purpose.
- Leave your fingerprints on something real, as your work will shape products used across the global media and advertising ecosystem.
- You probably don’t call yourself a “future product leader” (yet), but you’ve got the instincts: think creatively and act decisively, spotting patterns in chaos, keeping things tidy where it matters, and asking sharp questions to bring clarity to the unknown.
- You’re a doer. You’ll jump into a spreadsheet, research a feature, or clean up a Confluence page without hesitating.
- You’re not afraid to say no, ask why, or speak up when something feels off.
- You approach problems with structure and creativity, whether you’re shaping a spec or brainstorming a new solution.
- You get excited about building, not just dreaming up ideas, but turning them into something real and useful.
- You’re curious about how things work, may it be in software, in economics, in the world, and in pop culture too.
- You care about clarity. You like things neat everywhere possible - in docs, in roadmaps and in conversations.
- You’re energized by solving problems and frustrated by vague answers.
- You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and not afraid to get it wrong on the way to getting it right.
- You listen well, contribute ideas, and keep momentum going - even when decisions are hard.
- You’re based in or around Ljubljana, and open to occasional meetups, brainstorms, or lunches with the team.
- Around 1-2 years of experience in product, tech, or a related field, whether from a full-time role, internship, or side hustle.
- A clear and structured way of thinking - you bring order to ambiguity and like seeing things in lists, flows, or frameworks.
- Strong communication with a proactive mindset — listens, challenges, simplifies, and takes initiative to get things done.
- A basic understanding of how software is built (APIs don’t scare you, and you’re not afraid to ask what “refactor” means).
- Interest in how media, advertising, and creativity intersect, or a curiosity to learn about it fast.
- Impact: Help shape products used by leading media companies and publishers across the globe.
