Location: Geneva (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Contract: Try & Hire (8 months via Hays, then internalization)
Start: January 2026 (Earlier preferred)
Workload: 100% (40h/week)
About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering background or a software engineer passionate about DevOps. You’ll design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and contribute to infrastructure modernization in a high-tech, safety-critical environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with application and architecture teams to design deployment solutions.
- Participate in SAFe®/Scrum events and contribute to DevOps industrialization.
- Troubleshoot incidents and drive root cause analysis.
- Modernize and optimize the CI/CD stack.
Your Profile
- 3+ years in DevOps or Software Engineering with strong DevOps interest.
- Expertise in Git, Jenkins, Maven, Java/Groovy.
- Strong skills in Ansible, scripting (Bash, PowerShell), and ideally Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, Docker environments.
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
- Fluent English (French or German is a plus).
Nice to Have: Spring Boot, Postgres.
