Zyliss is a globally recognized kitchenware brand known for its clever design, functionality, and commitment to sustainability. As we continue our exciting brand transformation, we are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team immediately. 


In this role, you will manage assigned categories of the Zyliss Product Portfolio, initiate and execute product briefs, and support product launch activities and maintenance of information during their life cycle. You will also take ownership of evaluation, recommendation and execution of possible portfolio extension and innovation.


We are seeking a proactive team player with a can-do attitude who is eager to grow professionally in the field of Product Management. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Market research and analysis: conduct research to identify consumer trends and needs, and analyse market data to identify opportunities
  • Product management: manage assigned projects from product briefs to white seal approval samples, including sample reviews and documentation 
  • Product strategy and roadmap: co-develop and maintain product roadmaps, define product requirements and unique selling points
  • Life cycle management: regularly analyze product portfolio performance, conduct post-launch tracking and business reviews, develop strategic recommendations, and implement them following alignment with senior management
  • Collaboration & communication: partner with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, sales, etc.) to align on product requirements, packaging, and timelines, ensuring successful launches of assigned new product developments


Knowledge & Skills


Required:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role
  • Solid product management skills
  • Strong office and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
  • Must be a confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint, and be at least at intermediate level.
  • Excellent team player, with a mature outlook and an ability to deal with all types of people at all different levels
  • Ability to adapt to an environment where there are few people working in a close-knit team, where resources are scarce and a hands-on approach to the business is a pre-requisite for success
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbally
  • The role is 100%, Zurich based, office based (hybrid), limited travelling requirements


This is a full-time role, office-based (with hybrid working), located in our Zurich offices. We offer modern office facilities with a fully equipped kitchen to use and test our state-of-the-art kitchen products. Plus, we are very well connected to public transport in Zurich Oerlikon.
