Accountabilities
As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you will:
- Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design elements for web, mobile, and print media
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and design integrity
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Establish creative direction within brand guidelines while participating in design reviews to optimize outcomes
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output
- Contribute to the overall user experience by designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and UI/UX design
- Proven proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centered designs
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
- Strong understanding of layouts, typography, graphic fundamentals, and modern web and print design principles
