We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to create visually engaging digital and print experiences. In this role, you will own the entire design process—from translating requirements into compelling visuals to collaborating with teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Your work will directly influence the user experience, brand perception, and overall engagement. Accountabilities

As a UI/UX & Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design elements for web, mobile, and print media
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation and design integrity
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Establish creative direction within brand guidelines while participating in design reviews to optimize outcomes
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output
  • Contribute to the overall user experience by designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic and UI/UX design
  • Proven proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centered designs
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Strong understanding of layouts, typography, graphic fundamentals, and modern web and print design principles
