Your Core Responsibilities
- Manage operational trading of strategies and monitor the performance of trading stack
- Engage with brokers, make markets over messaging platforms, respond to platform requests for quote
- Do post-trade analysis to identify improvements to trading algorithms
- Research new alpha signals in volatility space
- Run simulations on, and optimize our trading model
- Automate trading processes
- Build analysis tools for trading
Your Skills And Experience
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top university in: financial-engineering/mathematics/physics
- Outstanding academic achievements (awards, participation in International Mathematical Olympiad etc.) are a strong plus
- Excellent mathematical abilities
- Excellent programming skills in Python (must be able to prove relevant work in python)
- Experience with options pricing and risk management
- Deep knowledge of crypto spot and derivatives markets
- Willing to work on flexible hours, and public holidays
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
