We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our client in the development of a digital platform designed to support engineering managers in monitoring and optimizing their teams and projects. The solution integrates data from various business areas—including engineering, finance, HR, and quality—and is used globally by distributed teams seeking project-specific insights. The role involves both feature development and deployment activities.

This position requires on-site presence in the Bucharest office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the solution
• Develop, build, test, deploy and run in production according to the activities planned in
• sprints
• Set and apply best practices (both development and operational best practices), code quality, security standards and corresponding KPIs
• Actively contribute to the technical solution definition and improvements
• Contribute to the overall alignment of developments with the technical repository (Document base – Miro Architecture plan)
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Backlog refinement – Validation of user story estimation, DoR & DoD within the scope of action, sprint reviews, etc.)

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with NodeJS and React
• TypeScript / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
• Microservices Architecture & REST APIs
• PostgreSQL
• Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD) – would be a plus
• Agile | Scrum methodology
