HR Specialist

About The Role

In order to enable the strong growth of our company, the sales and marketing HQ of BYD Europe is looking for an HR Specialist to join our young, international team with a passion for innovation and a can-do attitude.

As HR Specialist you support the HR Manager and perform a variety of tasks in the Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Croatia, Slovenia and Finland Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a HR policy that aligns with business objectives and growth plans.
• Establish procedures and policies related to HR issues.
• Map out HR processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding of new employees, compensation process, etc.)
• Advise and support managers on HR issues, serving as the first point of contact for employees.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
• Contribute to the development.
• Identify and address HR challenges and provide solutions.
• Analyze business data and trends to identify HR needs and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, having been exposed to all aspects of the HR field.
• HR Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to apply data analysis in the HR field successfully.
• Organizational and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to change: Comfortable with change, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives.
• Teamwork and collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Communication skills: Strong communication skills to effectively present HR data to various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex HR issues and come up with creative solutions.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian or Croatian.
