Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Coordinator of Penetration Tests.

Location: Zürich

Start date: 01.01.2025

End date: 31.12.2025

Main responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate security reviews such as Penetration Tests and BugBounty activities from start to finish
• Manage resources and capacity of external penetration testers
• Interact with internal application responsibles and external penetration test companies to ensure that security reviews are completed on time
• Moderate meetings and ensure that decisions are captured accurately and transparently
• Track the remediation of identified pentest findings throughout their entire lifecycle
• Ensure data quality of the pentest process and findings and conduct regular reporting
• Work with stakeholders to continuously improve the process and tooling for pentest coordination

Your skills:

• Excellent planning and coordination skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English language
• Preferably trainings/exams completed in the area of IT project management, such as CSM, CMP, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar
• Optionally, but not explicitly required, certifications in the field of IT Security domain such as CISSP or OSCP are of advantage
• strong collaborator with the ability to take ownership.

• Good time management skills
• Resilient to stressful situations
• Willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills
