About the Company

At COS, we’re not just delivering fit-out projects — we’re shaping inspiring workspaces that bring brands, people, and ideas together. With a commitment to design excellence, strong values, and a team-first spirit, we’re looking for an Architectural Project Manager.

About the Role:

You will be a vital connector between our team, our clients, architects, and subcontractors. This role combines architectural expertise with project management, commercial acumen, and workplace consultancy experience. You will play an active role in pitches, help coordinate subcontracted design, MEP, and permitting services, and work hand-in-hand with the sales team and our partners to ensure every project runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the central link between our internal teams, clients, and external architects to ensure design and delivery alignment.
  • Partner with business development and sales teams during pitches, bringing fresh design insights, space planning expertise, and workplace consultancy.
  • Prepare offers and timelines for architectural design, MEP, and permitting services in accordance with client requirements.
  • Provide design advisory services during the pre-sales stage, including presentations, layouts, and concept reviews.
  • Oversee and coordinate subcontracted design, MEP, and permitting services—making sure every detail aligns with financial, technical, and scheduling requirements.
  • Manage project documentation, drawings, bill of quantities, and approvals with both in-house and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the cost estimation team during the tendering phase and assist project managers throughout the execution stage.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (professional signature is a strong advantage).
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture, fit-out, or workplace design project management.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with sales teams.
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client needs.
  • Comfortable with project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both clients and partners.
  • A curious, passionate mindset with a love for architecture, interiors, and continuous learning.

What You Get in Return:

  • Competitive Remuneration – Because talent and hard work should be rewarded.
  • Private Medical Insurance – Your well-being matters. We’ve got you covered.
  • Supportive Environment – Be part of a team where your ideas count, and your voice is heard.
  • "Speak Your Mind" Culture – Say what you think. Seriously. We mean it.
  • Diversity & Inclusion – Be you. Fully. We celebrate what makes each of us unique.
  • Gorgeous Workspaces – Our offices are so nice; you might not want to work from home.
  • Endless Learning – Access the largest and most modern online library to keep growing and stay sharp.
