Umami Bioworks is looking to hire an inquisitive, innovative, and independent Product Manager to join our pioneering team in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business strategy and scientific breakthroughs
- Leading interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of science, business, regulatory and engineering
- Planning, development, and implementation of biotech products with customers ensuring they meet user needs
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyse competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products on time and within budget
- Communicate product updates, plans, and progress to stakeholders
- Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical engineering, biotechnology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management or consulting
- Passion for science and creating and launching new products in market
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and market analysis
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
- Capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
