Are you ready to shape the future of HR decision-making in Inditex Nordics? We’re looking for a driven and analytical professional to join us in the People Analytics role, where you’ll guide HR decisions, control costs, improve efficiency, and oversee HR performance across all Nordic stores.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities to deliver impactful HR insights and solutions:
Personal Cost Management
- Generate proposals for HR budgeting.
- Provide feedback on P&L results, including variance explanations, action plans, and updated forecasts.
- Take overall responsibility for maintaining effective internal controls.
Analysis and Design
- Develop and elevate HR reporting systems.
- Analyze HR KPIs (e.g., productivity, ETO, absenteeism, overtime, holiday planning).
- Identify strengths and optimization opportunities, using analysis to propose actionable solutions.
- Drive continuous development of HR management reporting.
Organisation
- Ensure HR and Payroll control systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Optimize HR, Payroll, and controlling-related processes.
- Act as the main contact for the HR team regarding personnel expenses and budget-related matters.
- Support the Payroll Manager with technical and operational needs of daily payroll operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Update and monitor store salary scales to ensure competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits plans, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Ensure alignment with corporate compensation policy.
Projects
- Lead and contribute to specific HR projects, supporting the department’s strategic goals.
Personal Profile
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, with the ability to motivate, influence, and negotiate at senior levels.
- Initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Goal orientation, resilience under pressure, and timely decision-making in challenging conditions.
- Self-drive and autonomy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Broader knowledge of HR, Finance, or Store Management is an advantage.
