Role Overview

We’re seeking a Commercial Lead to build and run our outbound sales engine, drive new revenue, and lay the foundation for a repeatable go-to-market motion. You’ll start by creating pipeline and closing small-to-mid-market deals, then expand into larger enterprise opportunities as our technical/product lead transitions focus.

This is a unique opportunity to own both pipeline creation and closing in a fast-growing Web3 company - with opportunities to develop and grow your career as we scale.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead outbound sales efforts across our core products, including our Data APIs, Streams, DataShare and chain integrations
  • Build and execute outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, Telegram, events, and founder networks
  • Research and identify new accounts across crypto-native and fintech verticals
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of enterprise prospects, qualifying inbound leads into sales opportunities
  • Run demos and close small-to-mid-market deals; grow into closing larger enterprise accounts
  • Help shape ICP, messaging, and outreach playbooks
  • Feed back insights to product and leadership to refine GTM strategy
  • Represent Moralis at digital and in-person industry events when needed


What We’re Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or SDR/AE hybrid (SaaS or developer tools preferred; Web3 a plus but not required)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and pipeline-building from scratch
  • Capable of running demos and negotiating small-to-mid-sized deals
  • Entrepreneurial, process-builder mindset; thrives in a remote, asynchronous startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills and low-ego approach to working cross-functionally
  • Ownership mindset - proactive about building process where none exists
  • Curiosity about blockchain, Web3, and data infrastructure

  • Base salary: Competitive for Web3, depending on location and experience.
  • Commission: Uncapped OTE, tied to qualified meetings booked + deals closed.
  • Ramp period: Guaranteed minimum commission during your first 3 months.

Location

Remote-first, Europe or US time zones preferred.
