Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 6+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally within digital platforms or marketplace businesses.
• Proven ability to design and launch scalable products with measurable impact—especially in high-traffic, growth-focused environments.
• Strong product intuition and analytical rigor; you can turn data, market trends, and user behavior into actionable product decisions.
• Experience working closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, where experimentation and iteration are key to progress.
• Deep understanding of product analytics, SEO fundamentals, and data-informed product development.
• Bonus: Exposure to machine learning, recommendation systems, or pricing strategies in a digital product context.

Your Role

• Own and lead the product direction for a core area of a fast-growing digital business, ensuring it aligns with strategic company goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing business needs, user value, and market dynamics.
• Drive discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization of products that solve real problems and create value for both users and the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, data, and growth—to ship well-crafted products at speed and scale.
• Use qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to guide continuous improvement and iteration.
• Help raise the product bar across the team by sharing best practices, fostering a test-and-learn culture, and leading by example.
