The impact you’ll make
At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to create and execute exceptional user experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Establishing and implementing product strategy, roadmap, and setting standards at the UI level
- Advancing concepts from research, through exploration, prototype creation, to production
- Ensuring that an end-product design meets the core business objectives while providing users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency
- Taking part in routine design assessments to solicit specific feedback on your designs and integrate applicable suggestions
Key competencies
We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;
- Minimum 3+ years of professional Product Design experience
- Experience in digital products and services interaction design for web and mobile
- Excellence in UI/UX thinking, visual design, and written communication
- Understanding of UX research assets such as exploratory research reports, analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across the organization and at various levels
- Supporting compelling storytelling and presentation of visual concepts to stakeholders
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English
- Self-driven and organized, able to navigate complex problems and ambiguities
- Detail-oriented, able to see the big picture, and think out of the box
- A desire to work on a growing and evolving design team, helping shape its culture and operations
