Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning HR practices with the objectives of the Shared Services Center (SSC). This position partners with functional leaders and teams to drive performance, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high-performing and collaborative work culture. The HRBP also ensures compliance with global HR policies while addressing local operational needs.

  • Acts as the business partner to provide advice and support to business heads andfunctional heads on people issues to meet business objectives.
  • Formulate and implement HR plan and programs that support organizational strategies and assist the business in achieving business goals.
  • Review and develop SSC HR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the policies and practices are aligned with the business priorities and regional people strategy.
  • Oversees and ensures smooth functioning of overall human resources operations, including but not limited to, manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development and retention, organization culture, total reward, performance management, employee relations, HR budget and internal communication, etc.
  • Have an oversight of local labor law to ensure our HR policies and practices in full compliance with local labor legislation and Group policies; proactively advise management on any required actions.

Participate and support in regional HR projects as assigned.



Qualifications

Education (Essential)

  • University degree holder in Human Resources, BA, Organization Development or similar disciplines

Experience (Essential)

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience working in the shared services environment
  • Experience in working within a matrix organization
  • Minimum 8 years’ HR experience with 3 years at leadership position

Language (Essential)

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken in additions to local language.
