Responsibilities

• Learn all the features and capabilities of the existing software solution
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Create detailed task documentation including requirements, use cases and process flows
• Create mockup designs and/or presentations
• Prepare test cases, definition of done statements and user acceptance check lists
• Refine tasks by converting complex requirements into meaningful and convenient backlog items
• Research best practices when necessary to establish benchmarks
• Participate in user acceptance tests

Required Skills

• Degree in computer science or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as technical analyst
• Experience with Atlassian family of tools especially Jira and Confluence
• Experience with wireframe mockup tools especially Miro, Figma and Sketch
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret data and trends
• High attention to details
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with agile methodologies in building software solutions
