Our Program Delivery team leads strategic projects and programs such as SAP creation and rollout projects, system implementations and migrations to the cloud. We orchestrate complex delivery landscapes, ensuring seamless execution of digital solutions that support global operations. Your daily tasks will include:


  • Management of a large-scale project or a smaller program by providing a clear direction and motivating team members
  • Delivery of a large-scale project or a smaller program over its complete lifecycle (i.e. project set-up, estimation, planning, requirements engineering, and testing)
  • Continuous identification and initiation of improvements of existing processes, methods and standards within the project environment
  • Risk assessments in his/her area of responsibility and implementation or suggestion of appropriate countermeasures
  • Management of project teams (within a matrix organization)
  • Responsibility for the project budget
  • Collaboration in an international business context, including virtual teams
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective representation of the organization to cross-functional stakeholders, business partners and external groups
  • Willingness to travel based on project demands and internal alignments (up to 30%)


What is important from our perspective:


  • Extensive experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
  • Strong background in IT projects and programs
  • Hands-on experience in managing SAP-related projects
  • Demonstrated success in leading transformation projects and/or programs across various business areas
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Solid experience in budget planning and control
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and international environment, collaborating across geographies and time zones
