If You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile software project management.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Ability to analyze third-party API documentation and support integration projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct detailed analysis of projects and requests together with Product Owners and business units.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and new requests.
• Organize and lead backlog grooming sessions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective ceremonies.
• Support the team in completing tasks on time and according to expected quality standards; ensure proper prioritization.
• Identify and resolve obstacles encountered by the team during sprints.
• Effectively manage scope and change requests, enabling the team to adapt quickly.
• Ensure coordination between business units and technical squads.
• Maintain documentation for requirements, decisions, and retrospective outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations transparently regarding priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Anticipate potential risks and develop preventive strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within the roadmap scope.
• Provide stakeholders with transparent updates on sprint performance and team progress, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track sprint progress accurately and share regular performance reports with management.
• Collaborate with leadership and management to identify and implement process improvements.
