Network Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking Network Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team in Krakow, Poland. The role involves designing, deploying, and troubleshooting network solutions while ensuring seamless service coverage. This position requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop low-level design documentation and detailed execution plans.
• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting across networking environments.
• Provide deployment guidance ensuring implementations align with design specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, handling escalations when required.
• Manage IP subnet and host assignments, including configuration of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM Global solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolution for production outages.
• Deliver repeatable DDI support for move, add, and change (MAC) operations across:
• LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
• Act as a point of contact for fellow engineers in managing incidents and change requests.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in network engineering.
• Proven expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM solution planning and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in LAN, WAN, and security environments.
• Hands-on experience with wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
• Ability to create structured technical documentation and project execution plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-team cooperation.

Language Requirement:

• English: Professional working proficiency (required)
• Polish: Knowledge of Polish considered an advantage
