Business Development Executive

Your tasks

• Defining and co-leading the overall Business Unit strategy together with the Business Unit leadership team
• Driving and contributing to strategic initiatives, commitment projects and value creation plans for the region
• Steering and optimizing the category regarding the fulfillment of market share, turnover & profitability targets
• Ensuring overall business success by tracking of execution of strategy in the region
• Securing alignment between Product Management and Brand & Sell-through Management to achieve a comprehensive and integrated BU approach

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering from a reputable university, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in either strategy, sales or marketing in consumer goods/electronics, FMCG or management consulting industries
• Experienced in management of a category/brand/sales strategy across different countries
• Excellent leadership, communication and general business skills; proven ability to manage a category holistically
• Excellent in data analytics and presentation skills for senior executive levels
