Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are on a mission to improve access to healthcare through technology. Too many patients struggle to receive effective aftercare and rehabilitation because it requires frequent visits to medical facilities. With our digital platform, we enable patients to follow personalised treatment plans, connect with healthcare professionals remotely, and continue their recovery from anywhere.

We partner with leading healthcare providers to make high-quality therapy accessible, scalable, and engaging. We are now seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us scale our platform and take it to the next level.

What to expect

• Develop new functionality and continuously improve our applications for patients, healthcare professionals, and partner clinics.
• Work in a cross-functional team (Product, UX, QA, Analytics, DevOps).
• Design scalable and maintainable systems using TypeScript / JavaScript (Node.js + modern front-end frameworks).
• Contribute to best practices in code quality, test automation, APIs, CI/CD, and software architecture.
• Collaborate in an international, English-speaking environment (Norwegian is a big plus).

Your profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong skills with TypeScript / JavaScript, including Node.js for backend and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) on the frontend.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building scalable, testable, and maintainable systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English (Norwegian is a strong advantage).

Bonus points for experience with:

• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
• GraphQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
