Key Responsibilities

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate engineering performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Address technical challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure project success.
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Hands-on experience with modern engineering tools, technologies, and architectures.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a tech startup or innovation-driven organization, is a plus.
