Automation Engineer

We’re looking for an Automation Supervisor to join a large-scale project in Scandinavia. The role involves overseeing installation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems, while coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure project requirements and HSE standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems
• Review technical designs and oversee testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and provide project progress reports
• Lead site meetings and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience with automation system integration on large projects
• Strong background in system integration and commissioning
• Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and site supervision
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• SCADA experience
• Experience in infrastructure projects
• European project experience
• Right to work in Europe
