HR Source is exclusively partnered with a globally renowned luxury fashion house to identify a highly capable and trusted Chief of Staff to support the President and work closely with the broader executive leadership team (XOC). This is a rare opportunity to operate at the heart of a global business, contributing to strategic decision-making, project execution, and daily operations at the highest level.
The Chief of Staff will act as a key advisor and right-hand to the President, ensuring alignment across business units, driving execution of strategic initiatives, and maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the President’s office. The role requires exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills, combined with a high level of discretion and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner and daily point of contact for the President across all business areas.
- Coordinate with executive leadership across legal, marketing, finance, HR, retail, and operations to ensure alignment on key projects and initiatives.
- Manage internal reporting processes, budgeting cycles, and business reviews.
- Track progress on high-priority projects and provide updates, insight, and solutions where needed.
- Oversee executive communications, including speech materials, board documents, and confidential correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and agenda planning for key internal and external meetings.
- Lead administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel planning, and priority coordination.
- Act as liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Identify process improvements and implement organisational practices to support efficiency and communication.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, Strategy, or Project Management role, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, or consumer sectors.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage on commercial, operational, and legal topics.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or working with C-suite executives.
- Highly discreet, emotionally intelligent, and capable of managing sensitive information.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with business tools and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
