HR Coordinator

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with a strong focus on data management and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the HR team by ensuring accurate HR data management, coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining seamless communication between candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment tracking systems with high accuracy.
  • Ensure all HR data in the HRex software system is up-to-date, complete, and clearly maintained.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries and provide a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, with a focus on data management and recruitment support.
  • Strong proficiency in HRex software systems, databases, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.
