This is the role - What you will do:

  • Market Intelligence & Modeling: Own and refine market models, track trends across regions, competitors, and customer segments - always knowing what’s next. Turn insights into clear actions for product strategy and investment.
  • Portfolio & Transition Modeling: Develop and maintain transition models for the device portfolio to forecast unit volumes, lifecycle dynamics, and associated costs. Support scenario planning to anticipate impact of product transitions on revenue, margin, and customer adoption.
  • Business Case Development: Partner with our product managers and finance team to build robust business cases for new investments, including financial projections, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment. Ensure business cases align with corporate strategy and resource constraints.
  • Portfolio & Pricing Strategy: Lead portfolio reviews and pricing analysis, spotlighting trade-offs and opportunities for executive decision-making. Provide clarity on where to play, how to win, and how to price effectively.
  • Customer Value Forecasting (Future Scope) Build models to forecast the economic and clinical value created for customers, strengthening value-based selling and demonstrating ROI.

This could be you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance, consulting or other business analysis related roles.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Finnish, Dutch, or any other Nordic language is an advantage.
  • Analytical & Quantitative knowledge: Skilled in data modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Market & Commercial Insight: You understand market sizing, competitive dynamics, and pricing strategies.
  • Business Case Development abilities: You could build structured investment cases incorporating financial, strategic, and risk perspectives.
  • Portfolio Management knowledge: You are familiar with lifecycle economics, transition modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Tools & Methods: Proficient with market intelligence frameworks, financial modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Impact-Oriented person: You drive strategic decisions and business outcomes.
  • Curious & Learning-Driven: You’ll explore market dynamics, customer value, and business models.
  • Ownership & Problem-Solving attitude: You take accountability and turn ambiguity into clear, data-driven options.
  • Collaborative & Strategic thinking: Partners across functions, balancing attention to detail with the big picture.

This role can be based in any of our locations: Zoetermeer (Netherlands), Helsinki or Salo (Finland), Oslo (Norway), Denmark, or Sweden.

What We Offer

🪙 For this role, the starting salary is estimated to be around €4,000–€5,000 gross per month, depending on your experience and skills and location. The final offer will be discussed and agreed upon during the recruitment process.
