As a Manager in Strategy and Consulting, you will deliver transformative solutions that drive client value, with a focus on emerging technology projects. This role is central to strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams across our sectors. You will guide clients in leveraging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Blockchain, and the Metaverse to innovate and transform their businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Lead consulting teams in the design and delivery of large-scale, complex technology transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with industry specialists and service leads to create tailored, impactful solutions addressing client challenges.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Oversee project performance, including financials, scope, and risk, ensuring profitable and successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Stay current with industry trends to provide insights that keep clients competitive and ahead of the market.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their consulting and technical capabilities.
Account Delivery Management – proven ability to oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring quality, value, and sustainable relationships.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree (minimum), with advanced degree preferred.
- 9+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or strategy, with strong exposure to emerging technology projects.
- Experience leading implementations of digital and technology-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to:
