About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience, wireframing, and hands-on implementation support. In this role, you’ll bridge product management and product design, helping define requirements, create user flows and wireframes, and work closely with engineering to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll help shape the product vision, but also roll up your sleeves to translate ideas into tangible experiences. This is a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, scope, and priorities
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity mockups to illustrate features and guide development
  • Partner closely with engineering during implementation, ensuring requirements are clear, edge cases are covered, and UX details are followed through
  • Conduct light user research and usability testing to validate designs and workflows
  • Write and maintain product documentation: PRDs, feature specs, acceptance criteria, release notes
  • Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience in decision-making
  • Serve as the advocate for great user experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, product design, or a hybrid role
  • Strong skills in wireframing / prototyping tools (Figma)
  • Ability to translate high-level ideas into structured requirements and intuitive user flows
  • Solid understanding of web, mobile, and desktop UX best practices
  • Experience working closely with developers throughout the implementation cycle
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with front-end coding (HTML, Javascript).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud storage, file synchronization, file sharing, and role-based access control products including Dropbox, Box, and Proton
  • Deep understanding of encryption methodologies, including end-to-end encryption (E2EE) and zero-knowledge (ZK) architecture
  • Excellent project management skills
