Introduction

We are looking for UI/UX Designer to build a UX practice that will be the foundation for a new generation of digital products and services. This individual should be able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys and translating them into user flows and hi-fidelity interactive prototypes. This UX/UI Designer will be expected to lead the overall interaction design of the product, to ensure a great user experience and iterate upon it in accordance to usability test results.

Responsibilities

• Understanding business requirements and validating them with user interviews
• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and hi-fidelity prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Take a user-centric approach for qualitative and quantitative testing
• Collaborate well with other team members and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Two or more years of UX design experience
• Good understanding of the UX design processes
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders by synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design proposals
• Proficient in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Have a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
