Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in Hitachi elevators to oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of our elevator systems. The supervisor will lead a team of technicians, ensure timely preventive maintenance, and guarantee compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and coordinate a team of elevator technicians for day-to-day maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of Hitachi elevators, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns and coordinate emergency repairs efficiently.
• Train and mentor technicians on Hitachi elevator systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Liaise with clients and provide technical support or guidance when required.
• Recommend improvements in maintenance procedures and elevator performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in elevator maintenance, specifically with Hitachi elevators.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of elevators.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance best practices.
• Good communication skills in English
