Working hours: 2pm-10pm CET (in line with the US Team)
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager with proven experience in startups and AI-driven product environments. This is not a role for someone who thrives only in structured, highly procedural settings - it's for someone who enjoys the pace, ambiguity, and creativity of building products in a startup.
You'll operate in two modes:
- Execution mode - moving products into live pilots with customers, gathering feedback, iterating quickly, and ensuring we're always learning.
- Exploration mode - working with the team, with an R&D lens, asking: What should we be building next?
You'll work closely with clients, engineers, and leadership to prioritize, experiment, and deliver. This role is highly collaborative, AI-forward, and requires someone who is energized by change, adaptability, and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Drive product pilots from concept through to live customer feedback loops.
- Collaborate with clients to shape product improvements and discover unmet needs.
- Maintain a forward-looking R&D perspective, exploring emerging AI opportunities within the industry space
- Translate customer insights into actionable product decisions.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Communicate clearly across teams and with clients, ensuring alignment.
- Work autonomously with a positive, flexible mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in AI-driven environments, with a strong grasp of how AI can shape products and workflows.
- Proven track record in startups, ideally having scaled products in fast-changing contexts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make progress without rigid processes.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients - listening, iterating, and adapting.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for building impactful products.
