About the role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader specializing in building and scaling advanced AI systems, particularly focusing on our core orchestration engine and agent execution infrastructure. This role requires an obsession with performance, deep expertise in distributed systems, and a passion for leveraging the latest AI technologies to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements:

• Python Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Python, async programming, testing and performance optimization techniques.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with AI tools, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), frameworks and techniques (RAG, MCP, A2A, etc.).
• Proven experience with microservices architecture, message queues (e.g., SQS, Redis), and AI agents.
• Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms, including services for compute, cloud functions, storage, databases, and networking.

Nice to have:

• An AWS/Azure/GCP certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, ML Engineer) is a significant plus and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of cloud best practices.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and Bash scripting.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems for agent orchestration and real-time data processing.
• Create innovative AI-driven applications and integrate a modern tech stack to enhance our products.
• Leverage LLM-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Codex, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and increase efficiency.
