We are seeking a Middle ML Engineer to join our team.

About the role

The project is an AI-powered product recommendation platform, currently live and entering a new feature phase. Core functionality includes LLM-based query handling, product bundle generation, feedback-driven reranking, and analytics. Next steps focus on fine-tuning models with expert data, implementing context-aware chat functions, and building evaluation pipelines. This role will shape platform capabilities by delivering smarter, personalized recommendations and chat functions that enhance user experience and drive sales growth.

Team

Software Engineer, Project Manager, DevOps.

Work Environment

Flexible remote setup with a few overlapping hours in CET. Weekly team syncs plus ad-hoc calls for feature design and troubleshooting. Collaboration with DevOps, BE/FE developers, and client stakeholders.

As a qualified expert You will

• Fine-tune and optimize LLM responses using expert example bundles.
• Design and implement context-aware chat and retrieval functions.
• Build feedback ingestion and reranking pipelines.
• Develop evaluation harnesses (KPIs, regression tests).
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to integrate ML features into production.

We’re looking for you if you have

• Strong background in NLP/LLM development and fine-tuning.
• Experience with feedback loops, evaluation frameworks, and model optimization.
• Solid Python skills, familiarity with Azure/OpenAI APIs.
• Experience in productionizing ML models.
• Good communication for cross-functional teamwork.
