We are seeking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! As an HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records. Tasks
- Manage employee records, including maintaining employee information, contracts, and documentation, certificates, HRIS data maintenance and KPI's.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as payroll, leave management, and employment policies
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Spanish/German is desirable
