Middle Business Analyst with AI exp

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a leading pharmaceutical company. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and data engineers, to understand business objectives and identify data needs;
• Conduct thorough requirements analysis for data-centric projects, including gathering, documenting, and validating requirements to support data products' design and development;
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and data flows;
• Participate in data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data used across the organization;
• Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into requirements for data-related projects;
• Gather and document requirements, creating user stories and specifications for data products;
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, helping to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding;
• Support testing and validation of data products, ensuring alignment with business requirements before launch.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally with experience in AI or ML-focused projects;
• Strong background in business requirements gathering and process analysis;
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML initiatives (predictive analytics, NLP, automation);
• Familiarity with data governance, quality, and privacy compliance (regulated industries a plus);
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical & business language;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus;
• Basic understanding of SQL / querying is a plus.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on data projects within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare);
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
